QUALITY FAIR
Developed with great success last august 8th the second fair of the quality-focused processes, where each stand is explained in the educational objectives of each one of them.

STAND 1 ONCE UPON A TIME...
It was shown with photos, video products and one where mr. josé rivas gave us a few words, the story of Riduco.

STAND 2 OUR PRESENT(STRATEGIC DIRECTION)
With the help of posters and banners we informed all the staff of the organization, mission, values, skills, policies, social responsibility, social reporting, indicators, organizational structure and all participants were made to sign their sgc commitments on billboards.

STAND 3 WE ARE PEOPLE OF QUALITY (QUALITY MANAGEMENT)
It communicated with the help of a video network of processes, where each of the members told in a very short and precise manner the objective of the process.

STAND 4  THE CUSTOMER – THE REASON OF OUR EXISTENCE(COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT)
Whit the intention of presenting the products to the personnel, an exhibit of the majority of this products was carried out together with a survey in which the employees participated by assigning names to the new products.

STAND 5 INGENUITY AND INNOVATION COME TRUE
The objective of the Engineering process was socialized and through two interactive modules in an educational way we  illustrated the importance of the procedures fulfillment  in the development of productive activities.


STAND 6  WE TRANSFORM WITH QUALITY  
We presented a video showing the manufacturing process from the material reception to the delivery of the product to the warehouse.
It showed how the support processes intervene in the manufacturing process.

STAND 7 THIS IS HOW WE PROTECT OUR PRODUCTS FOR QUALITY DELIVERY.
Through a video presentation we presented the objective of the storage and distribution process as well as those who comprise it, on this video a detailed presentation was made from the moment the products come out of injection and do the internal route for deliveries ending with delivery to the final customer.
Emphasis was placed on policies to properly store and on knowledge of the traceability of parts and products.
It was entertained with some verses regarding the same presentation.

STAND 8 POWER 2011
The improved implemented tools were presented throughout the plant in an instructive manner by means of games and videos and all the staff received the 4 Wisdom Agreements tolteca.

STAND 9 LET´S BUILD OUR DREAM
A new vision of the company was communicated through well explain banners.
With the help of a video, it was shown to all the staff that despite the obstacles and barriers we can all achieve our dreams.
The fair was attended by 596 people and obtained a commitment with quality of 89%.

AUDIT FOLLOW UP
In the month of September the management system follow-up audit was held by the certify entity SGS.
As a result of this monitoring, our SGC ISO 9001 Vs 2000 is inconformity and our quality management system under the norm  ISO/TS 16949 Vs 2002 generated two non- major conformities for  which we  have three months to find remedy.
Because of the foregoing the External Audit must do, on our premises, the follow up of the definite action plans by the end of November.
During this month the ASES Audit was performed by our customer Sofasa; we are awaiting for the results of the report.
